KS 5: Tsamma 4x4 (t4)
4x4 Excursions
Tsamma is a desert watermelon this relative or even perhaps progenitor of the cultivated Water-melon, is responsible for maintaining life in the desert, for both man and animals, during the long drought years. Especially in the era before bore-holes had been drilled to access ground water, the Tsamma, that can remain fresh and firm for more than two years, maintained animals and made travel in the inhospitable Kalahari desert possible. Animals eat it raw, and to use it as a source of water, one can either use it raw or coocked, which improves the taste of the resultant water. However, the water obtained from an cooked Tsamma ferments within a day and has to be replaced.
Because the Tsamma is such a unique plant, we decided to use this name, for what we would like to believe makes our trips uniquie. We are not a 4x4 club but rather a guide experience into areas where most people don't go. Our experiences are concentrated around the arid regions of Southern Africa.

Assistance with routing, planning and rental of vehicles for your own 4x4 excursions and experiences. Here again we can draw from a wealth of knowledge over the past 13 years.
Teambuilding:
4x4 teambuilding for individuals, groups, and companies with 4x4 driving as the main event where skills, endurance, teamwork and survival will be tested. The above includes training, planning and booking of routes, rental of vehicles, monitoring of groups and individuals, supplying of camping equipment etc.
